Logan is back in the lab after succesfully coming through a field test. His body is now fitted with sensor grafts that can control his actions. The Professer wants a ten-mile radius of operation, but Cornelius can only do that by hanging heavy batteries from him. Logan is semi-conscious throughout the operations, as the relay flux in his nervous system needs to be traced. One of the other doctors tries to show the Professer how to use the modified control box, but the Professer feels as he designed it, he should know how it works. He tries to have Logan walk, but he toppels over as the Professer grappels with the controls. The doctor laughed at him, and Cornelius asks them to leave. The Professer has never been so insulted. Cornelius is happy that the doctors have done their job well, and leaves the Professer with Logan, assuring him that while he's swithced off, he is just dead meat. The Professer pours hot coffee onto Logan's face just to make sure.
